What are your service hours?
Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. We're closed on weekends.
Do I need an appointment?
No, you can walk in any time during service hours. If you want a complimentary loaner, though, schedule ahead so we can hold one for you.

Where are you located?
303 Fulton Ave, Plattsmouth, NE 68048. Customers come to us from Plattsmouth, Bellevue, Omaha, Council Bluffs and Nebraska City.
Will you work on a car I didn't buy from you?
Yes. We service all makes and models.
What services do you offer?
Oil changes and fluid flushes, brakes, batteries, tire replacement, tire rotation, wheel alignment, engine and electrical diagnostics, A/C and heating, suspension and steering, belts and hoses, transmission service and pre-purchase inspections. The full list is on our general maintenance page.
Do you have loaner cars?
Yes. A loaner is complimentary for anyone with an active service appointment at our Plattsmouth location. Just mention it when you schedule so we can save one.

How often should I change my oil?
Your owner's manual has the interval. It depends on your engine and the oil it uses. We can help you figure it out if you're not sure.
How do I know my brakes need work?
Squealing, grinding, a soft pedal, pulling to one side and needing more distance to stop are the usual signs. If you notice any of them, get your brakes inspected soon.
My check engine light came on. What should I do?
If it's steady, have the car checked soon. If it's flashing, stop driving as soon as it's safe and call us. Our diagnosis page has more.
What happens when I bring my car in?
Schedule online, call or just walk in, and mention a loaner when you book if you want one. A technician checks your car and does a complimentary multi-point inspection. We tell you what we found and give you an estimate, and you decide what to do.
