I purchased an older model Yukon recently and they fixed every minor detail that was requested and some that weren't! I needed a SUV while the issues were being fixed and William and Connor took great care of me and kept me in the loop the whole time. Joel at the service shop was also a great communicator and made sure to keep me up to date. I have never been to a dealership that I wished to return to for my next purchase until I purchased from here. I will be back for every new vehicle purchase I see in my future

This is my 2nd vehicle from Copple and this experience was just as amazing as the first! Going to a dealership as a women can be intimidating but Lonnie made it flawless! He didn't mind listening to my wants and such. I test drove 5 diffrent ones, he answered all my questions and concerns. Not only that but he knows all the best routes. I had to come back the next day and Chris Poole stepped up as Lonnie had the day off. Chris was amazing too and ensured my kids had all the snacks they wanted:) my only issue was I had an appointment at 330 with FINANCE and she didn't get us back till 515. 2 hours after my APPOINTMENT. The taller, bald guy (a something) that calls banks was amazing when I brought up the concerns of my windshield and made an appointment to get that taken care of as well.

These folks that work here are awesome. The salesman I worked with is Lonnie. Great person, knowledgeable about the product. Very personable, down to earth, easy to work with. I will go there again when I need another vehicle. The whole dealership is a pleasure to work with, old school values and want to earn your business.

I hit a deer on my way to look at a different truck and to trade mine in...they took care of it and let me trade my truck in AS IS with the deer damages. They treated me right on both the trade in and the new truck, which was a seamless and easy process! Very nice people to work with would highly recommend

I cannot say enough good about Copple Cars. Lonnie was amazing and there is no high pressure sales just conversation and fun. Russ was very efficient with the financing and I didn't have to wait forever like in some huge dealerships. Amazing customer service, everything felt so relaxed and inviting, Lonnie listened to what I was looking for, found 2 EXACT matches and one on either end for me to consider and spent the time to break everything down and let me test drive each while explaining what every single feature imaginable did (even when I tried to jokingly trick him on ones I literally thought he would never know lol). then comes the next part, I was looking for what seemed to me an impossible monthly payment and went back and forth with Russ (the business/manager/ do it all guy) several times and Russ went on phone warfare with lenders to get me under what I thought was impossible. on top of that no fees, 45 day window before payments start, and just by the purchase got a free year of what would cost one or 2 thousand for a warranty plan advantage. like this was a 1000% win ACROSS THE BOARD. laughs and jokes and a all around fun time in between also free upon request!

Had to buy a vehicle quick they had a nice Chrysler van on the lot. Our son was in a wreck and we needed a vehicle that we could get him in and out easily. Russ and Kaitlyn at Plattsmouth Ford were great to work with. They let me bring my dogs in they took care of them and gave them treats while I went over paperwork. so very appreciative of everything they did over there and are doing for us.
